ROBERT HOLT, Business Development
Robert Holt is Manager of Strategy and Business Development for SONY CORP. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Harvard University, a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Production Engineering. His varying experience and expertise as an Investment Banking Associate for companies such as SG PARIBAS, INC., SG COWEN SECURITIES Media Entertainment Group - where he assisted in the 10.6 billion dollar Seagram's Polygram deal - and PAINWEBBER, makes him an able and significant advisor for e1t1's business development.

As Co-Founder, Executive VP and General Manager of NOVEMBER RECORDS, Rob is responsible for all aspects of the formation and management of a major (SONY/RED distributed) independent record label and mixed-media (CD, CDI, Internet and Video) entertainment development company. He has created a plan that has successfully secured a multi-million dollar equity private placement to fund NOVEMBER RECORDíS start-up. Previously, Rob was Technology Consultant for DIGITAL CONCEPTS, LTD., a multi-media design, production and consulting group and Manager and Senior Manager of A&R Administration for ARISTA RECORDS where he supervised and managed U.S. companyís world-wide recording operations including the administration of joint ventures with LAFACE, BAD BOY ENTERTAINMENT and FOX FILMS.
