RONALD SCOTT MOSS, ESQ., Director of Business Affairs
					Ron Moss has served as General Counsel for TOTAL SOLUTIONS, INC. and INTEGRATED MEDIA, where he also was Director of New Business Development. More recently, he has been Internet Business Development Strategist for EUROWEB INTERNATIONAL CORP. in N.Y. initiating and negotiating alliances for an internet service provider in Central Europe. He also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary conducting in-house legal affairs, financing arrangements and negotiating and drafting contracts for a NASDAQ listed company operating television in Central Europe. Ron spent a year living and working in China where he conducted professional development training seminars on the U.S. legal system and western business practices for the MOTOROLA SOFTWARE GROUP. He is also a writer, instructor and licensed social worker.
